Smith's Tamarind (Diploglottis smithii) is a native rainforest fruit from Northern Queensland. The fruit are big and red with a juicy flesh and a very deep rich tamarind flavour that can be added into curries, sauces, marinades, or simply sprinkle on a salad for a native flavour to your seasoning.
